Any reasoning or are these just pure gut calls?

This one is always a fight to the finish. FHS came away with 2 late game winners last year, and anything can happen in these games. Tough D's should rule this game.
Final score: 2-1 either way

People to watch out for on both sides:
F-bleau: David Gouges, Matt Chugden, Brooks Hickman
St. Paul's: The Starting Eleven

Friady Night in Hunter Stadium will be an amazing game to watch... If you are bored just chillin at home even if you go to another school this is the district game to watch.
SPS 4 - 2 FHS i ts gunna be close till f-bleau's all stars get tired then st pauls who has respectable #12 13 and 14th players will take it away. I think this game should be on ESPN, probably even on Fox Soccer Channel.

I think this game should be on ESPN, probably even on Fox Soccer Channel. St. Paul's is solid all the way down to #22. There's almost no drop off when the subs come in. However, they do tend to shy away from subbing a whole lot in important games. I think that neither team will wear the other one down. Fontainebleau has done more offseason training as a whole and is probably in slightly better condition than St. Paul's if I had to guess. However, Fontainebleau is also dealing with a lot of injuries and St. Paul's is not. This game will be a thriller no matter what. Hopefully the fans will be able to get into the game.

The Fontainebleau fans will be loud and proud as usual.. They tend to pick out 3 or 4 guys and rag on them the whole game..

There actually might not be too many FHS students attending because the school decided that they should schedule a dance tomorrow night. So apparantly people are coming for like the first half and then leaving for the dance. At least thats just what im hearing.

Can somebody give an in-depth analysis of both teams?

Can somebody give an in-depth analysis of both teams? I'll do what I can: St. Paul's WolvesThe Wolves are a relatively small, but extremely effective team. They started the season with a very tough pre-district, entering district play with just a 2-4-0 record. However, as the coaches continued to tweak things and move players around, it seems that things have started to click for the Wolves. The offense seems to play extremely well at times, completing pass after pass to open up lanes and create shots. However, they are prone to becoming dribble happy, due to the incredible footskills of most of the players on the team. When they do, they are not nearly as effective. Since opening district, it has been a lot more of the former and much less of the latter that has helped the Wolves to score 28 goals in the past 5 games. The offense is extremely potent and seemingly everyone contributes. The two forwards have combined for 14 goals, the outside midfielders for 7, the central midfielders for 4 and the defenders for 3. 9 of the starting 11 players have at least 1 goal to their name in district and 7 have more than 1. St. Paul's also has a quick and effective back line that is very good at protecting each other's backs. Overall St. Paul's is a very strong side and are almost unbeatable when they play quick one, two touch passing. Fontainebleau BulldogsFontainebleau carries a 4-0 district record into tomorrow night's meeting. They have scored 10 goals in district play and conceded just 2. The Bulldogs have a good number of starters returning from last year's state championship team. They are very solid at all positions and have some of the best chemistry in the state. If they can find the competitive fire that they had last year then they will be extremely hard to beat. They have some obvious concerns, not the least of which is whether or not their sophomore keeper (who replaced All State Keeper Taylor Hovis) can succeed under pressure from some of the better teams in the state. They will also have to have guys step up to fill in for injured players. Midfielder Zack Ely, a senior, is just returning back to the starting lineup after suffering a high ankle sprain early in the season. His return should add some extra flair to the Fontainebleau midfield. Zack is a really fun player to watch and just his presence on the field will do a lot to help out the whole Bulldog team. Fontainebleau is a very big, physical team. The entire team did a lot of weight lifting and conditioning in the offseason, and the results are obvious just by looking at the guys on the field. They should give St. Paul's their best test this year in district play and this game could easily go down to the wire. If it should go down to the wire, you have to like the Dawg's chances: they won 2 games against St. Paul's last year in the final 5 minutes of the game.

joking or no joking in regards to the whole dance thing....fhs does have sadie hawkins this weekend and it is on saturday, not friday, and should not affect how many student fans are at the game not joking, and the dance is friday night. I know this because some of the players have told me about the situation because they wont be able to attend most of the dance. If you have any more questions about it though, we should prob do it through pm's, cuz we're getting kind of off topic

Looks to be a big distraction for FHS and I say St. Pauls the winner of this one.
