South Terrebonne is 10-0 on the season i believe.... They are a team loaded with senior talent and would be getting alot more attention if their non- distric schedule would have been tougher..
Central Lafourche also has alot of senior leadership and played a tougher pre district schedule. We have been waiting for this game for a long time and are excited to play for a district championship.... This game will show the best that district 1-7 has to offer...

ST has speed & skill but refuses to play as a team. They've scored a fair amount of goals on the season but they have also given up plenty of goals.
CL on the other hand isn't as fast as ST but have great chemistry on the field, they move the ball well, & they execute their game plan. CL has also scored many goals in district & has only given up 2.
Should be a good game. This has turned out to be a rivalry over the last 2 years.
Good luck to both.

it is also my understanding that these two coaches aren't the best of friends.

Quoted from a coach in the district who has played both these teams. "South Terrebonne has more athletes, Central has better passing and teamwork. This should be a tight game. However, I think Central will come away with the victory."

Where are they playing? I think it will be a phyiscal game, as ST gets flustered easily with Central getting the win

Where are they playing? I think it will be a phyiscal game, as ST gets flustered easily with Central getting the win Central's Stadium.... ST's problem is when they fall behind they all try to be a hero, from the times I watched them. They end up working together after they notice it will not happen, however it gives the oppenant an opportune time to put the game untouchable

CL took this one in two overtimes 3-2.
ST went up 2-0 in the first 20 minutes. CL scored their first with under 10 to play in the first half. CL came out in the second half playing a lot better than they did in the first, but they could not seem to find the back of the net. With about 12 min. left CL tied the game at 2.
The first 10 minute overtime went scoreless. CL scored the go ahead goal in the first two minutes of the second overtime.
Great game by both teams...Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

Sounds like a great game. A little surpised that ST stepped it up so early. Congrats to CL for staying strong for the win.
