St. Michael (7-4-2) is #4 in DII, and University (7-5-5) is #9 in DIII. When UHS beat St. Michael 3-0 in the Bayou Invitational, St. Michael's starting goalie was missing (and it showed). Any prediction?

St. Michael's has three pretty solid keepers (2 seniors and 1 junior). All have their strengths and weaknesses- and all give a great effort- but you might wanna check out the new sweeper. The question will be- Can St. Michael's generate any sort of shot count against U-High? U-High shut them down pretty cold the last time. We'll see in about 2 1/2 hours. U-High has had St. Michael's number the last three years. What will happen tonite?

The Final Score: University 0 - 0 St. Michael Shot Counts: University 11 - 16 The first 20 minutes were all St. Michael's. They were quick and fast, their passes were crisp using the wide field of Indepedence Park (despite the horrible field condition), and they were fired up to revenge their earlier loss (3-0). The Cubs withheld their attack, and the tide turned around mid-way through the first half when St. Michael players started to get tired. The second half was quite even and the ball went back and forth. Both teams had their chances, and neither could finish. University haven't allowed any goals in the last three games. The problem is that they haven't scored in two of the last three games. The biggest chance for St. Michael came at the 6th minute in the second half when one of their players took an open shot from 10 yards away. The UHS goalie (Harold Lohmann) somehow saved the goal and the game by jumping to his left. University: 7-5-6 St. Michael: 6-4-3

Yep, both teams missed some wide open shots from inside the 18 (even inside the 6!). Either team could have/should have had a couple of goals.
