St. Louis's defense needs to improve to win this game. Their sweeper needs to keep his head and stay deep to keep the score low.

foxtrot, what makes you think Saint Louis just didnt play well the 2nd half?... just wondering idk if you were at the game or not but what i saw was that TC just lifted their level of play... St.Louis continued to play at their same level... i didn't notice much of a change w/ their defense.. i thought they were consistant throughout the game but when their coach wanted more from them, they didn't step it up... Like Bish said, their defense needed to step up to win the game

I think that St. Louis's goalie and lack of TC finishing made the game so close at the beginning. if TC can put away a few goals early that they failed to convert in the first game, it could be a run away. If not, it will be another battle.
St. Louis will have a few chances and maybe get a couple of goals, but TC will have more opportunities. I don't think St. Louis's backline can stop the TC attack. The weight of this game falls on the St. Louis goalie and the TC players who get the ball in front of the net.

Like Bish said, their defense needed to step up to win the game You must have missed St. Louis' sweeper trying to compress the defense when St. Louis had a 2 goal lead in the second half. Why he did this amazed me especially when the other marking backs were not moving up whith him. It was as if the sweeper was trying to run an offsides trap. The defense was caught flat across the back several times which led to Teurlings playing it over the top to their players who had alot more speed. Not a wise decision with a two goal lead in the second half. If St. Louis had their sweeper from last year, they would have definitely held them off for the win in the first game. St. Louis' keeper is very talented so hopefully he can keep them in this game as did the last game and give St. Louis an opportunity to win.

The St. Louis keeper may be somewhat talented but his ability to go low on either side is suspect. TCH exploited that in the 1st game, I'm sure the wet field conditions won't help either keeper Saturday. We may be looking at just like last year the two teams that'll end up in the finals in S-Port.

What's the problem with S-PORT aka Shreveport, just an abbreviation? I don't get your dissapproval.

neither team really possesses the ball much, both are pretty direct id say it will hurt both teams equally.
