I have been away from high school soccer for a couple of years now. I decided to check out this board and i am shocked to see that Vandebilt is having a losing season. It looks like the schedule has a lot to do with it, as they are playing a lot of tough teams, but don't they play a tough schedule every year. Like I said I haven't been in here in a while, so maybe it is a rebuilding year. They must still be pretty good because they are still ranked second in the polls on this site.

isn't this the same head coach that has lead them to several state titles?

A 500 record (11-11-1) is respectable in any league. If you recall last years D II runner up, went into the finals on the back of a 500 record. I believe that the coach knows exactly what he is doing!

... underestimating the Terriers based on their record this season would be a silly mistake!! Vandy may not be as strong as they were last year... but they're still a dangerous team. They had THE strongest schedule in DII for the season 2006-07, just check who they play in Coachrays 2006-07 Schedules and Results Thread ... they're ready for the playoffs!
