i think hes pretty dominate hes got a good left and right boot on the pitch. the leaping ability is out of this world. He dominated in the air vs mandeville leading his team to a 5-0 victory. what do yall think of this kid?

Hes got some talent. He is a really good defensive mid who can spread the ball around and start good attacks. Reminds me of Xabi Alonso and Patrick Veira.

At the SPS Combine he ran a 4.4 40, and had 39inch vert! I heard he turned down an oppurtunity to play for the National Team, because hes doing some work in his community.

Schmitt is an absolute beast in the stopper position and it amazes me that he started just his first varsity game against Mandeville. I mean the kid is a phenomenal athlete, and puts the ball to feet as well as anyone that I have seen in the state. He definitely contributed to the fact that Colin Conn and Sean Choleva were completely ineffective. If he had played more this year he would certainly be an all-state candidate.
