Magnet should be in the top 10. They won their district undefeated. They have wins over St. Pauls and Ruston shown in the saderpowernola's Div I top ten and a win over Vandy. They lost to Lafayette in the first round in 4 OT's.
Congrats to Jesuit and St. Paul's for having great seasons. Jesuit is clearly the best team this year and St. Paul's made a great run in the playoffs and played with with a lot of heart in the state championship game. Both of these teams will obviously be good again next year, St Paul's is young and Jesuit will simply reload. We were glad to have had both teams in Shreveport for the Championship Game!

They did and I'm not sure of the order I would rank the teams other than Jesuit. I think numbers 2-10 are fairly close. It was a good competitive year among these teams. I would put St. Paul's and Carencro in the top 5 but after this I'm not sure. Lafayette should also be ahead of Magnet for their playoff win. I probably wouldn't have Ruston in the top 10 but they did play better than anyone expected in the playoffs. I definitely see the top 10 varying among the voters I can understand that.

magnet beat stPauls 4-3 where they came form behind from 3-1 so it was a very close game and also it was in december when stpauls wasnt that good. and if you are gunna go that way jesuit beat magnet 5-0 when they called the game short so they wouldnt get embarrased more. st pauls only lost 2-0

I would put St. Paul's ahead of Magnet for making it to the finals. I think they earned it.
Magnet did not call the game short against Jesuit so they would not get embarrased, they called it short to not risk injury as they don't have the depth to play three games in a day very little break after coming off a OT win against a very good Vandy team in the semi's. The finals were scheduled for the next day but due to pending weather they decided to go ahead and play the finals that same day.

how in the world can you people be putting lafayette ahead of acadiana. they played three times and acadiana won 2 of the three. they also made it to the semis and lost on a PK in the final 20 sec. of the second overtime. soccerboy 07 didn't the rams beat catholic in the playoffs. wow i think ya'll are all losing your minds. saderpower you are close but drop BM behind cro and you may have something. i would also put cro ahead of st pauls.
talk about voting on reputation instead of preformance!!!!

well magnet did beat st pauls and lafayette did beat magnet so... So according to your theory, FHS should be ahead of SPS because FHS beat SPS TWICE this season! Hence the theory is flawed!

Goat has a good point. Since they have not been finalized yet. I am switching Acadiana and Lafayette. Not that it really makes any difference, but we need the goatman happy!!
