This would be for all divisions. It would be Thursday thru Saturday. It would be like a tournament atmosphere and it would have a great turn out. Boys and Girls Starting Thursday 3:00 pm. Coordinate the brackets so the local teams or closest teams to New Orleans to play the earlier games.

I agree with lots of what Timaeus has to say.....yes a nice field though WAY too big for high school soccer and we were not able to see one of the the sidelines due to stadium design.. and hosts seemed to do a good job.... but REALLY dissappointed in the local crowd...seemed like nearly all of the crowd was from attending schools...and I've been to some big soccer games and prior state finals with 4 to 5 thousand in attendance...
LHSAA should take into account the number of fans that it will draw and balance the inconvenience and cost of travel...brought young kids to games years ago who now are plaing in high school and think many others are deprived of that experience due to the long travel required to see the games in Shreveport
I say BR LSU or Lafayette ULL...should be able to mend things with LSU.... and ULL has a nice facility too...LHSAA interested in players and their fans?...or just making a buck?...
