That's barely even gossip anymore, ballack going to chelsea, it's pretty much a done deal.

yea all thats a done deal but liverpool are ment to be bringing in some star players. benitez has not told anyone who he is talking to but hes ment to be a big player. liverpool dont need anyone if they keep playing like they are now. BLOODY SWEET!!

i hope ballack doesnt go to chelski, they have so much class in that team i dont see how you could need more. i like van bommel staying at barca. henry will stay at arsenal because wenger doesnt want to lose 2 captains in 2 successive years as well as the fact that henry is a top 3 premiership striker. defoe to arsenal could be interesting. bergkamp is gettin up in age, and van persie has a hot head, but they do have adebayor which i think is a good fit, so no defoe to arsenal. cisse to tottenham could work. if defoe goes, cisse comes in, and i dont think cisse would mind joining another top 5 prem team.

chelsea is just the new Real Madrid. Sooner or later they won't be winning every game because the chemistry of the players will be gone.

exactly. if mourinho would stop looking at who else he can buy instead of creating team chemistry between his world class players they will turn into another real madrid, good point. ballack would be great at united. scholes needs some help in the middle, and their only real threat in the air is ronaldo, and ballack brings tremendous aerial ability so that would be a good fit.

he would score TONS of goals from headers. as i said ronaldo is their best aerial threat, but he is also their best dribbler. if he can get someone in the box like ballack, ronaldo crosses and ballack heads in can make for a DEADLY combo. And then on top of that they got rooney, saha, and ruud.

yes as much as i would hate to say this i would love him to go to united and score loads of goals except for when he plays against liverpool. but that would be a great addition to uniteds team and i think they would go far with him on there.

yea but I'm pretty sure he's set his sights on Chelsea. And Manchester has O'shea in the middle as an aerial threat. He's not at the same level with Ballack in other aspects of the game though. But that's pretty obvious.

how many header goals has oshea had this season? not that many that i can recall. ballack gets atleast 7 or 8 a season. unfortunately money rules in professional soccer and chelsea will get him.

Oh dude, don't get me wrong, I would also love Ballack to come to Manchester, and I know O'Shea doesn't put up the same numbers as Ballack. I was just defending Manchester United's current team. O'Shea is holding his own in the middle, but d1fan is right, money rules the football world. I wish I was good enough to make it in the football world, I would lead by example and stay at the 15,000 pounds a week even if I was top scorer and whatever. Someone needs to do it anyway.

just a little gossip on a website which i dont want to come true
JUVE CHASE STEVIE G The Anfield faithful are in for another summer of uncertainty over their captain's future, if The Sun - beloved of all Liverpudlians - is to be believed. Juventus boss Fabio Capello, reeling from his side's defeat to Arsenal last night wants to build his team around the Liverpool captain, presumably in the same way that he wanted to build it around the Arsenal captain last year. Liverpool have no intention of selling Gerrard, who only signed a new four-year contract last summer. However, Juventus are willing to match Chelski's apparent offer of £30million - which may be enough to tempt Rafa Benitez into parting with Merseyside's favourite son...
