DeRidder ranked in the final as #6, but not even a mention in the preseason rankings? Even though this year we beat at least two of the teams that stayed in the top 10. We only had four seniors this year! Our bench players were only bench players because they were underclassmen even though they could take the place of the seniors when needed and showed no lack of skill when they did. We have up and coming players that play on D1 Teams for Crossroads and possibly for Louisiana's ODP teams. (Won't find that out for a couple of weeks.) So I was just wondering how we wouldn't even get a mention?

dude comeaux lost 7-1 to catholic or something like that. They don't deserve to be in the top 15

Alright the way it works is i went through each official top ten week counting the preseason and the final and just added them up. really shows how underrated some teams are and how overrated others were. but you have to remember that each weeks was based upon their recent results. Basically, it shows how the voters this season did.
1. Jesuit 1149 2. Lafayette 866 3. Brother Martin 845 4. Carencro 656 5. Fontainebleau 581 6. Rummel 463 7. Caddo Magnet 361 8. Acadiana 357 9. St. Pauls 338 10. Catholic Br 310 11. Dutchtown 233 12. Captain Shreve 98 13. Grace King 24 14. BRHS 9 14. CE Byrd 9 16. Ruston 7 17. St Amant 6 18. Northshore 4 19. Central Lafourche 2 20. Mandeville 1 20. Shaw 1

1. Jesuit 2. Carencro 3. Brother Martin 4. St. Pauls 5. Acadiana 6. Lafayette 7. Caddo Magnet 8. Fontainebleau 9. Catholic Br 10. Rummel
thats how i would have voted, compared to the outcome i put catholic BR too low and Caddo too high, but other than that its fairly even. however i definitly think brother martin is better than acadiana.
