Who are the teams to watch next season?
Who, besides the usual suspects, could make some noise come in the new districts and come playoff time?

I know of 2: SSA and St Thomas More moving up to Div I will make next years playoff run that much more difficult. Should be some great soccer next year in Div I. Can we start next week?? I miss it already.

I can't wait either.
Just for fun, I'm picking the Top teams from each district in D1 who I think will vie for District crowns.
Dist. 1: Byrd/Caddo Dist. 2: Ruston/West Monroe Dist. 3: Barbe/St. Thomas More Dist. 4: Lafayette/New Iberia Dist. 5: Baton Rouge/St. Joe's Dist. 6: Destrehan/Dutchtown/East Ascension/Hahnville/St. Amant (DOG FIGHT) Dist. 7: Fontainebleau/Mandeville/St. Scholastica (DOG FIGHT) Dist. 8: Central Lafourche/Terrebonne Dist. 9: Bonnabel/West Jefferson Dist. 10: Dominican/Mt. Carmel

With the changes to District 5 and a very young team (they will have no returning seniors and at most two returning juniors) Woodlawn could actually return to the playoffs after a two year drought. Only time will tell

PumasFC,
Which team are you talking about in your message? "With the changes to District 5 and a very young team (they will have no returning seniors and at most two returning juniors) they coulda actually return to the playoffs after a two year drought. Only time will tell"

In Division II, DeRidder will likely win their district...as they did this year. With both Saint Thomas More and Saint Scholastica moving to Division I, I think DeRidder has an excellent chance moving into the semifinals and possibly the finals in the 07-08 season.
