Coach: In your first post you said "He was listening to the opposing coach who kept saying that the ball went into the net.". In another post you said " I know the Center personally and he is a good friend of mine and will continue to be".
You appear to feel the opposing coach talked the referee into over-ruling the A/Rs offside call. Why do think a referee who you state is a good friend would let an opposing coach influence his decision. I would hope he wouldn't be influenced by either coach (or anyone) but I think most people would think if any influence could affect his decision, it would that of a good friend.
Could it simply be that no one influenced his decision other than what he felt was the correct call.
