from the NFHS website: www.nfhs.org/content.aspx?id=3841some "highlights" misconduct report could be required for yellow cards. Someone please tell me the same will be required for any 10 yard penalty or greater in football, a player fouling out in basketball or a pitcher hitting a batter. home teams HAVE to wear solid white shirt and socks. Also, no more manufacturers logos on uniforms: "that only names, patches, emblems, logos or insignias referencing the school are permitted on the team uniform" I also heard a rumor that the referees will all have to get new uniforms too. Are they trying to force people out of soccer???

1) I will not be giving cautions =) 2) I'm okay with that 3) What a shocker... I'm sure everyone is going to be requiring new uniforms. It's already too hard to keep up with USSF and NISOA uniforms. That'd make around 24 uniforms?

The visitors should have to change when they come visit IF NEEDED. As an example, why should the BLUE Jays have to wear white if they were to host Lafayette (blue versus green, no change required)?

The rationale for the onus on the home team would probably be that the home team has easier access to alternate equipment than the visitor team.
Yes, the coach/team manager should prepare for all circumstances but that often does not happen.
I remember a play-off game that almost didn't come off because the bus driver left with the away team's alternate equipment. Fortunately, the home coach was gracious enough to waive the color requirements, and elected to have his team play in their alternate strip.

Can you copy and paste the wording that leads you to believe that misconduct reports may be required for cautions in HS soccer.
