Neville 6 OCS 1, score of this game is misleading, OCS had atleast 25 shots on goal, but couldn't put anything in, Neville, had about 9 to 10 and put almost all of them in. OCS was missing starters and a starting goalie, for game, ( note starting goalie, came in second half and put a clamp on Neville for the most part, first half goalie for OCS gave up some easy goals, 4 goals to be exact. Neville, was very dangerous on counter attacks, but gave up alot of possiession to OCS who for the most part had the ball around the midfield or on Neville's end of the field most of the game. Neville, capitalized on all their chances and OCS didn't bottom line, field was very sloppy also. This was a much better game then the score indicated, but its one of those games you control most of it and get shelled, for not putting away your chances. Neville did and they won, deservedly so . since they did what they had to do.

You also have to remember that Neville had most of its experienced offense out as well due to the football playoffs. ;D OCS did a pretty good job in the midfield and did have some very good shots that were saved by Neville's keeper who had a good night. Considering the heavy rains over the two previous days, the field was in pretty good shape. Overall, not too bad of an outing for first game of the season.

the score isnt that misleading there were not 25 -30 shots..the keeper had 25-30 punts MAYBE but not shots he picked half of them up off of bad crosses and long balls ...neville is missing someone who will be one of their leading offensive players and i believe someone who is strong defense..i dont think they are as good as last year but i wouldnt mind to much being proven wrong and watching them go to the state championship game again

I beg to differ and I tell you why I was working that game, and there were alot of shots on goal, and they were not all bad crosses, though some were, as I said before Neville hit all their shots and OCS didn't, plus the fact that the Goalie that started missed some easy goals which were corrected by putting in the other goalie, at least he made some good saves. Neville keeper made some great saves also. I think the play that did it was the handball that occurred and that was called as the ball went in the net. with no advantage play called, they lost a goal and then missed the set piece with ultimately changed the flow of the game, from being close to out of hand.
