they are a decent team that lives on adrenaline... attack them early and they will get frustrated. They dont have any resemblence of an offense.

ive played with alot of the d'town players they all have talent but an attitude problem. jump on em early -n- they will get frustrated n start to play bad. they do have offensive weapons like trey king, brandon golson, jarret gautreaux, n patrick lipoma but if u just contain them they will make a mistake.

styxof06, time to sign off of the computer. I've seen you run your mouth about so many teams, and yet are coming from a school that hasn't been in the playoffs for about the last 3 years. Sure you've played with some of Dutchtown's players but when I saw them for the 2 games at Showcase they've held their balls and played with lots of intensity, despite that being their 3rd or 4th game in 4 hours. Dutchtown is a powerhouse all over, starting from the goalie, to the sweeper, their whole midfield, and their forwards. Maybe saying a prayer would help you beat Dutchtown, because I don't see them losing anytime soon unless they lose some players over stupid mistakes.

thats an awfully bold statement. i've played against d'town and they're a talented team, certainly. but to infer that they're unbeatable unless they don't have a few players is ridiculous. they have fast forwards with skill on the ball and their defense is a bunch of tough guys who play real physical. its what you're looking for in a team, but they can definitely be beaten.

Dutchtown went to the Foutainbleu Tournament earlier this year. Lost in the Quarterfinals to a Central Lafourche team that is well ranked and the game was back and forth (score 2-1). Both of CL's goals were on PKs. CL eventually won the tournament. They tied Northshore in this same tournament.
Dutchtown tied UHigh (2-2) #3 in Div. III.
Lost to Ben Franklin, 2-0 in a game that went both ways, but BF capitalized on the mistakes.
And Styxof06...there are no attitude problems on Dutchtown's team. There are attitudes...but no problems. Dutchtown is right where they need to be at this point in the season.
They've beaten Baton Rouge High 4-1.
Most recently they went to the Showcase in Lake Charles in the Blue Division and defeated everyone in their pool including St. Thomas Acquinas (#2 in Div. III), defeated Garland, TX in the semifinals, and lost in the finals to Niceville, Florida after leading most of the match.
They are 9-4-2 right now. They deserve to be ranked 4th, but no higher....until they've proven that by beating 1,2, or 3 in the playoffs.

well from the looks of it, dtown has a very strong team this year. and they look like they prove to be very tough competitor to whomever may play them. best of luck...

While they ARE a strong team they DEFINATELY have an attitude problem. Once you get them fighting each other they never shut up and it gets them out of their game.

Ive played with some d-town players they are good and a blue collar team that likes to play physical but that is it using num 2 i think in the midfiled to balance the attack

just for the record....#2 is Jarrett Gautreau and he is only a sophmore. all of the griffins are very talented and they play amazingly......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK D-TOWN!!
