...transition from one state to another is one of the things holding me up...having to get my name out there and foot in those doors again is holding me up. Currently I assign, instruct, mentor, and have a small group of guys that I train intensively. And all those things are nice. I would love to move back to Louisiana and make a huge impact/difference on where I started and cut my teeth.

I was recently contacted by a good friend of mine...the only grade 7 in his area...asking me to move back to town and start up a mentorship/development program in the area. It has long been a dream of mine to have this opportunity to move back and start up what was not there for me when I started. This is my one shot to make it happen.
I am very interested in connecting with some of the senior officials on this board in order to network and continue in my own development and assignment. Send me a PM.
I can only hope that the local associations that I would be a part of would see the value of having this program available to them. Should this actually happen, I look forward to working with the state's development program to produce quality officials through mentorship and development.
