What do you think will be some of the better second round matches? Catholic BR at Acadiana, St. Paul's at St. Amant, and CL at Caddo Magnet are games that look really interesting to me.

Sulphur-Airline Sulphur wins if they play anything like they did against Shreve
Lafayette/H.L. - Lafayette in a rout
St. Pauls/St. Amant - St. Pauls by 2
Rummell/Destrahan - Rummell by 3
Ruston/Northshore - Northshore by 4
Catholic/Acadiana - Acadiana in OT
Central Lafouche/Caddo Magnet - Head says CL, Heart goes with Magnet. Magnet has given up 8 or 9 goals this year but no more than 1 in a match. They haven't played anyone as good as CL this year. Magnet has to have best game of the year to win. Can't wait to see Wilson and teammates play. Central Lafouche by 1
Jesuit/Slidell - Jesuit in a rout

people dont give h.l. enough credit or maybe yall give yourselves too much credit. nola.com is full of hlb players praising themselves. lafayette will dominate you. prove me wrong, then you will get credit.

blackhawk.....don't get disheartened. Just go play the game on Tues. (I think that is when it is). HLB has proven itself to be a solid middle tier team. they float about #20-#25 over all in D1. The only top 10 they played this year was CL and they lost big. It's not that we think HLB is really horrible. Lafayette is that good. They are big, physical, fast, and skilled at all positions. They are solid from their starters to the subs that come off the bench. Trust me, HLB is on the right track. If you beat Lafayette, fluke or not, you still get a chance to prove yourself once again in the quarters.......also, if you beat Lafayette, you will probably be in the top 10. Keep your head up and don't worry about what we say. We are old farts who are past our day......your day is now....enjoy it.

wasn't it 4-0 at halftime then they put in their subs? then yall say you hung with them 2nd half. stop talking yourselves up. yall have done it all year on nola. if you beat lafayette then you will get all the respect you want.

It was 4-0 at halftime. They say CL was trying to run up score, but isn't so. If CL was trying to run up score, Will Wilson would have taken the PK early in the 2nd half. Personally watching them for many games and practicing with them, they were more then trying to work on drills ect then score a goal, however i was not on bench or on field so i can not say for sure, just an observation. I also recorded that the subs came in about 20 min left to play in the half, but they say it was 10!! I mean i was observing but i could be mistaking, but not likely

I don't know what to expect in the Ruston VS Northshore game. Northshore has had an easy ride so far in the playoffs but Ruston is firing on all cylinders right now. One thing Ruston has, is that everyone considers them the under dogs. RUSTON LOVES TO BE THE UNDERDOG. Usually that is the only way they will play to their best ability. I'm going to say this game is going to be alot closer than everyone says it will be.
