I personally think st. martin's has this game. They are very young but have talent at every position. OC after watching tham play a few don't seem to have the creativity it takes to beat a very talented team. But you never know until them game is played. OC coach said that they are very confident that they can win because st. martin's tied westminster who OC beat. To me that is foolish that was a 7:00 oclock game at the showcase in which st. Martin's seemed to sleep throught. But they went on to beat a team that tied OC so what does that say.... Coaches should never make stupid comments like that. Who a team played is thrown out the window at this point it is now how your team plays on fri. AT 6:00 at St marin's just hope it is not as bad as a blowout as the last time. OC came to st. Martin's..

I don't think it's a stupid comment. It's your only common opponent with OC. There's nothing wrong with making stipulations like that. They may not be accurate, but a confidence booster is a confidence booster. I doubt they will be over confident going into this game. It seems that St Martin's is a bit overconfident though. They are still quite a young team.

Hey what happend to the St.Martins UHigh Semifinal? I saw everyone predicting the score of that game. Or they like playing an extra game after the season or was that for next years game?

hey catch, i had you all wrong. you are fair when it comes to teams and comments about them. OC like i said has had a up and down year, and they are without school facilities and support other teams take for granted. I was at the OC St Martin game 2 years ago when OC lost to a very well coached and skilled team, i hope Oc plays up to their potential without the distractions of on field confrontations

While I don't like OC much, I think an all District 3 final would be great. I don't think it'd be much of a game, but people would say next year and the year after "Boy, I'm glad we aren't in District 3. We wouldn't stand a chance at making the playoffs. Anybody got any gum?"

I think that OC has a great chance to win. St. Martin's is very overrated. But, which ever team wins will lose by at least 4 in the finals.

I went and watched this game, expecting a lot more than what I saw. St. Martin's dominated from what I saw. I think OC had one chance the whole game, and that came from a questionable no-call which had St. Martin's yelling. After that, it was pretty much over. St. Martin's goals were off a breakaway and pretty nice free kick that hit the bar then keeper and was then knocked in. St. Martin's does not have the talent of STA or STL but I think they might keep it close for a while simply because I expect them to sit back and hope for PKs.
