in a game that the favored team was jesuit but i predicted acadiana to win 2-1 in an upset in overtime.. and i would have liked to of seen acadiana win state this year but it looks like they came short and i want to congratulate them on a great season and they made their run at state

Acadiana could never even get a decent chance, good job by the Jesuit keeper to cut out the longballs, still a very entertaining game by two very impressive sides.

footy365 what game did you watch. in the first half acadiana had thre nicr shots on goal two headers that just missed and a great cross , but our wing slip before he could finish it. i can't see where we, "never even get a decent chance". i must have been at a different game than you.

Well goat, I agree with footy. Acadiana had only one chance the entire game, Dane was out and BJ, the center mid, cleared it out 2 yards in front of the goal. That happened when your right FB played a long ball and Jesuit LFB #12 slipped and fell down.
Hard to mount a serious attack playing with one forward and one attacking mid. Looked like your coach was trying for a PK shootout, or to keep from being down 4 or 5-0. It did not look like he was trying to win.
Who is the leading goalscorer on the team? I could not tell from the sideline. The attack seemed weak and Jesuit usually had the 3 backs with only one green shirt to watch.

Goat, I can only imagine how the Ram players, coaches, fans and PA announcer must feel this morning .....well actually I know how the announcer feels based on his other post about the game.
You had a great season. You played some awesome soccer. Hold your heads high and be proud.
