a couple things... first of all i read that vandy and franklin split win in district, but vandy won because of goal differential, so i guess the game this saturday is not only for state champion but in a sense district champ... has a non district champ ever won it all? and what are franklin and vandys strengths and weaknesses? who do yall think will win? who are each teams key players?

Brother Martin won it all in 2000 and 2001 as the second place team in the Catholic League.

mcsruff is right both of BM titles came in years they finished second to jesuit. this year jesuit finished second to rummel and they are in the finals, (but it won't matter lafayette will win). last year lafayette high tied for second or third (i can't remember) and made it to the finals. i guess this really just proves my point that dit. 9 and dist. 3 in Div. I dominate.

I got to play Vandy in the playoffs, and I watched Ben Franklin in the playoffs. I believe Ben Franklin is a much better team. Vandys Midfield is pretty strong (with Taylor #7 and David #4) but the same goes for Franklin (with i think #11 fabian?), I think the major factor is franklins defense being a lot better . BF has lots of composure in the back and vandys defense doesnt seem very smart. Although I give the frontline advantage to Vandy, their forwards threaten a lot more than BF. Im Picking BF 2-1.

after talking to captains from both teams, im going to go out on a limb and chose Franklin to win this game... im guessing the score will be something like 2-1 or 3-2... or vandy is just going to destroy them..so im saying franklin pulls one by vandy, or vandy completly dominates them
