it was released today but i haven;t seen it. i heard but i have not confirmed that only 2 rams made 1st team, leblanc and credeur. 2nd team hofland and wilks. but i am not positive about this. if it is true i am a little upset that JOSH GOODWIN didn't get anything.

who is it sent to and how does it become public knowledge? I hope Goody made it. That kid is so underappreciated, though that I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't. Its a shame, though. The heart and soul of a state semifinalist doesn't even make all-district?

i want to congratulate all of the all dist. members! CONGRATS!!! being name all district, (from 1st team to HM), says a lot. remember dist. 3 is arguably the strongest dist. in the entire state. wear your patches proud!
all of the people mentioned are deserving but i can't for the life of me figure out how JOSH GOODWIN was over looked. maybe it is for the best because that kid was truely all about "TEAM". your 1st team all state to me goody!!!

I think Carter (Lafayette) was a snub too.....over 20 goals this season and not even HM?

I posted my feelings about Goodwin earlier and I agree with goat. I can't understand Carter either, but he will be first team all-district for the next two seasons. That doesn't make up for the snub, but it helps.
I didn't mean to take anything away from anyone on the list, you are all deserving. I don't understand why there were so few hrable mentions, though.

all-district was done differently this year. you had to have at least a first team vote to even get honorable mention which is why some people that should have made HM didnt even get recognized. and adam d. from carencro didn't even make HM when he was 2nd team last year. he probably got 2nd team votes but none first team. which personally i think is stupid

I went and looked at last year's team and I kind of agree with them changing how the HM works. Last year there were 26 players on the honorable mention list. That seems like way too many players. Maybe they should come up with a points system for determining HM and cap the number of players on the list at say 11 players.

but sometimes district 3 has too many good players who could make all-district in any other district so maybe they should have more on HM

Josh Goodwin and Adam Delahoussaye are two players that should of made all-district

This year, there were only 8 honorable mentions for district three. Add Adam D and Goody and you have ten. Number eleven would either be Pierce or Carter in my book.

I don't think I have a problem with the way they did all-district, I just think Pierce, Carter, Goodwin, and Delahoussaye are better than some that got HM or 2nd team. I think the first team is right on, all of them deserve it.
It's just a case of a couple teams having too much talent to get everyone recognized.....if the above 4 were on teams 5-8, they are first team.....I think coaches are just spreading the love.
