Bonnecaze attends Episcopal Don't think she has ever played for their soccer team. She's a heckuva basketball player too.

Bonnecaze attends Episcopal Don't think she has ever played for their soccer team. She's a heckuva basketball player too. This will be her first year playing high school soccer. She has fully committed to soccer this year, and is no longer playing basketball. Yes, she is quite the basketball player too.

She's extremely skilled and will make Epsicopal much better.

Do we have some recent data points of how it goes for players that opt out and don’t play for their high school and get to college soccer and end up never playing and if they regret totally missing out on the high school experience?

Do we have some recent data points of how it goes for players that opt out and don’t play for their high school and get to college soccer and end up never playing and if they regret totally missing out on the high school experience? Do we have recent data points of how it goes for players who choose to opt out of high school play, then get to college fully refreshed/excited and physically ready for the higher level of college ball? Do we have recent data points on players that are being actively recruited by college teams but choose to play highschool ball and then sustain that dreaded career ending injury? (Torn ACL/meniscus, torn labrum, etc….) Bottom line is an age old favorite saying on the pitch….”is the risk worth the reward”? If high school is no longer fun and rewarding, then it’s not worth the risk… If the highschool team is one big family and that player feels to be a big part of that family? Then, that’s a tough decision to make vs the risk involved.
