YES SIREE, am I the only one pumped about this? down here, southern la, we started high school bowling this year and i'm excited to see this. i hope it grows and becomes just as important of a varsity sport as soccer and golf and track and any other already est. sport.. i hope it doesn't all just fall through

there spending money on that, most soccer programs don't even have their own field, even to practice on.

Bowling=Worthless
Now we know where all the money goes when the soccer team needs new game balls.

i agree... These physical sports are not what some people like... Some people like what they call more relaxing sports, golf, bowling, ect.
I myself like bowling but prefer more physical sports... I think public schools should offer this for the people of this nature, who can't make soccer team, football, basketball, ect.
Some people think if these schools do not do so, they aren't being fair. I see their point but disagree with them

I think bowling should be treated more as a club not a sport. I just can't see a competitive High School bowling league.

But soccer is competitive and generates a good amount of interest, not like we cut into the major sports funding anyway, we do a lot of fundrasing. I just don't see a large interest in high school bowling.
