1.Netherlands 1.Brazil 3.Argentina 4.Czech Republic 5.USA 6.England 7.Spain 8.Mexico 9.France 10.Germany
You can tell FIFA's rankings are purely mathematical because Netherlands beat the Czechs 2-0 in both legs of World Cup qualifying.

1. England 2. Brazil 3. Netherlands 4. Argentina (Heinze could be back, otherwise theyre down) 5. USA 6. Portugal 7. Czech Republic 8. Spain 9. Serbia and Montenegro (DEFENSE) 10. Italy
Obviously the top 10 will end up differently in the World Cup, but going from qualifying, this is how I would set it up.

Dude, I'm telling you, Brazil will not win this year. The favorite almost never wins. Argentina last World Cup is a prime example. I think they were the favorite.

Portugal were also heavy favorites with the "Golden Generation" aka Luis Figo, Paletta, etc. in 2002

I'll tell you, in the rankings England are underrated, and the USA are wayyy overrated. If Brazil can only manage a 1-0 result over Russia however, they don't look very promising. I know I know, below freezing temperatures and an absent Ronaldinho, but if they rely on that one player to build their attack then they're in trouble.

England and the states are probably the 2 most underated teams along with many other internationals but these 2 are way up there in the underated group. i think if england play there hardest in every single game and not let down in big games like they are known to do then england have a bloody good chance of winning the worldcup.

i don't see how the USA are underrated? They're constantly in the top 10, sometimes tied for 5th. THey play in a weak qualifying group for the world cup where as England constantly play tough competition in their group, and in the Euros
