USA wins 5-0 over Norway with goals coming from Taylor Twellman(3), Eddie Pope, and Chris Klein. Good performance by the youths of American soccer.

I don't want to disagree with your post or anything, but I didn't see it as a youth victory more than American based player victory. Pope and Hartman and Hejduk aren't that young. At least I don't think so.

True, but when considering the average age of players that played today, and the average age of American players that usually play (most notable Brian McBride/Claudio Reyna), its a younger team, with some older players. Kind of like having a JV team with a few varsity players to make sure things don't get out of hand.

yea when you look at it that way your right. So I'll compromise. A young American based team victory.
