If you could take different attributes from great players what would they be? Ruud van Nistelrooy's shot, Cristiano Ronlaldo's shakes, Damarcus Beasley's speed, Edgar David's touch and versatitly, Henry's placement, and Zidane's clutch ability. What about you all?

Ronaldinho's creativity, Jaap Stam's stubborn defense, Cristiano Ronaldo's quick feet, Zidane's knowledge, Roberto Carlos's free kick, Ruud van Nistelrooy's finishing ability, Demarcus Beasley's speed, and Rooney's strength. Maybe I already have all that. haha. only on the player I created with my name in FIFA Street.

there are alot more faster players than demarcus beasley out there i can guarantee you on that one. henry is much faster. but my captain would be gerrard, henrys pace and finishing, c.ronaldos moves, paulo maldini and jaap stams brilliant defence, van der sars keepin ability and alex furguson as my gaffer.

In terms of speed, in the game of soccer there are many types. Speed of play, speed of thought and decision making, speed on the dribble, and as you probably refer to, raw speed (i.e. 40 yard dash).
Beasely is pretty fast for a midfielder. Henry does not have to cover as much space, therefore comparing a foward to a midfielder in terms of raw speed is a bit deceptive.

What?
Beasley is well known and in the true football circles of europe, he is rated pretty highly.
You forget he was cited as being the top player in a major international tournanent (U17 WC). He played multiple games and scored in the FIFA world cup. He plays for PSV Eindhoven who are world reknown for playing great players such as RVN and Robben.
Beasley has game.
And he has just begun.

I don't know how they made teams, but he was on it, and he did very well. Including burning defenders. I know that game was just for fun, and the defenders aren't allowed to go in hard, I'm just saying. And obviously other players have speed like Demarcus, but most people posting on here are from America, and he is very popular here, so it is easy to relate I guess.

Sure, that relation has a lot to do with us talking about him, but conversely, the european mindset against american soccer and the view of Beasley in Europe shows that he is not some run of the mill player.

yea your right on beasley but i have just come from england and i didnt know who he was until i came here. all we know in england is freddy adu. and mcbride and bocanegra who are both playin in england but i didnt know who he was until a couple of months ago. im not saying hes not a really good player because he is but i just said he still has to show his skills because hes still unknown in places. he will soon be know everywhere though i can guarentee it.

well, this is only his first year in europe.
I am sure you know Brad Freidel and Kasey Keller as well, and Tim Howard.

Henry's placement, Ronaldo's finishing shot, CRonaldo's stepovers, Ronaldinho's ability to see into the future, Maldini's D, Shefki Kuqi's body, Crouch's height, R. Carlos free kick, Keane's leadership, Kaka's stubborn attitude... That would be MY ultimate player...

The left foot of Robbin, The right foot of ronaldinho, the ball speed of henry, the eye for goal of Van Nistelrooy, the shot of Rooney, the stamina of Lampard, the free kick ability of Juninho (lyon player), the defensive savvy of Terry, the technical ability of gerrard, the leadership of Keane. Beckham's hair. A great soccer player should always have a great hairstyle.

maybe as of now there hasn't, but 5-10 years down the road I'd be willing to bet that usa will have more than one international stud (other than keepers)
