oh yes, lvrpoolfan11, pompey are gonna take down your reds on the last day of the season to keep them from getting second over united, they won't even need the win to stay up either.

i dont think anyones going to get past reina though mate he has just past the record for clean sheets at the kop and is just quality this year for liverpool. i just hope that manchester lose there game at chelsea then we will have a slight chance of catching second.

My God Reina is a good GK, stellar record.
OK, local rivalries, and this comes from a hot blooded Englishman, and most Englishmen would totally agree with me..........
Nothing in Britain compares to the rivalry in SCOTLAND of Rangers and Celtic. i think you have to go with Milan derby or Boca/River games in Arg to even compare with the sheer passion and hatred. Heard Athletico and Real Madrid is quite feisty as well.

any rivalry that has been going on for ages are as good as each other no matter what. when i was at the united liverpool game liverpool will chant a song to the united fans about how they suck and liverpool will go quiet then the united fans would sing something else from the other side of the stadium. i thought this was brilliant

There are tons of great rivalries, but the best (depending on your definition) would have to be some in eastern europe where they kill each other.

no they kill each other because there upset that they lost and hooligans are big in europe. like when leeds went to galatasary leeds fans wanted to fight and like 2 leeds fans got stabbed. england are bad when it comes to hooligans and really should stop because it came to a point that the fa were going to kick out england in euro 2004 because of the fighting. so its a big thing

just look at pompey's run of form lately, 20 points in 9 games. if they hadn't have been in such a horrible hole they would be well up the table and all those games that they lost close would never have happened with the squad they have now that play so hard, next year if things keep improving we could see a push for midtable which would be nice for a change. Play Up Pompey!

Andres D'alessandro needs to stay.
I saw him play for a youth Argentina side at Fulham a few years back. He has been more than ready for the big stage for a while already.
