Final 3-0 Mt. Carmel.
2 goals for Loren Sherman, 1 for Krista Stern.
Fontainebleau had a few chances, but the game was pretty one-sided in MCA's favor.

You can say that again. Where is the "fhsperson" who defended them for the last few weeks as they had "bad games" versus Mandy, sacred heart, etc? They looked bush league today,,, again. When you play nobody all year long to preserve a streak you are destined to lose to a decent, hungry team. Had they talked about a repeat instead of a record they might be in a different position today. You play the best to be the best. There is only ONE game you need to win and that is the championship game.

As a parent of a daughter who played in same district against Fontainebleau (and got beaten pretty soundly) and who attended the game today, I offer the following comments/observations. Mount Carmel was the better team and deserved to win. Fontainebleau was very tentative today. They made some mistakes defensively and MCA converted into goals. Fontainebleau only had one or two serious threats and the keeper handled easily. I would like to compliment both teams for their play. Hard played and nothing dirty. Very few fouls called. I would also like to compliment the defending champions, the coach and the Fontainebleau fans on the class showed in defeat. There was no whining and after the game they congratulated MCA on a well played game. Good luck to MCA and my prediction is that they will face Mandeville for the championship.

Straight shot for mount carmel on to the championship. fontainebleau was their biggest obstacle, and they overcame them pretty easily. i myself wasnt at the game, but great job by mount carmel, and keep it up. the championship is pretty much yours, but dont get too cocky...

Ronaldinho, Do you ever go and watch these games or make predictions from the sofa? When is the last time you have been correct in a prediction or predication?
