Maybe if the Coach at Comeaux had run the score up on the weaker teams to pad the stats of his strikers they too could have made the first team( perhaps even a spot on the all state list). You know, I hear that some teams really do that.

Can someone post a link to the actual list? I am interested in seeing how all the schools made out from 1st choice thru HM.
I searched thru the Daily Advertiser archives and found roughly was was released in this string. But I saw no mention of HM.
Do all district/divisions select HM?
Thanks

Observer, The most stunning omission in the Division I District 3 District Teams is the lack of players from teams other than Acadiana High School.

Lafayette high scored 49 district goals including 12 against Westgate. Acadiana scored 59 goals including 22 against Westgate and Comeaux scored 61 goals including 24 against Westgate. When you remove the Westgate games the goals scored for all three teams were a identical 37. As I have stated before, I agree that AHS has too many on all district but I don't here anyone complaining about the boys team were 2nd place LHS had 7 players and district winner AHS had 4. The statistics above were pulled from Rainbowcycle's posts.

Check your math Observer... LHS beat Westgate 6-0 and 4-0 (from Rainbow's posts)... At LHS 6 + 4 = 10.
Nobody is complaining about the boy's selections here because this is the girl's board... duh!
