I must add my 2 cents (that's all I'm worth). The top half of the brackets are 4 #1 seeds and the bottom half of the bracket has 3 #2 seeds and 1 #3 seed. On top of this - District 5 has 2 teams left and district 3 has 3 teams left and it amazes me that the seeding is such that 2 teams from District 3 are playing each other and will eliminate 1 of the district teams. Is it that difficult to place the brackets so district teams don't eliminate each other until the final rounds. I only have a 3rd grade educatiion but I can figure this out!!!

I must agree with barbedad20 - we need a playoff that allows for either a strength rating or LHSCAA rankings to come into play. Our tema in Div II has 3 of the top 4 teams in the rankings left and all in the top bracket. It is really tough to get through this when the way it is set up now it is possible to have the top 8-10 teams in the same bracket since they arae drawn blind before the season even starts - let alone they went from 9 districts to 7 this year. I did find out one interesting note though - all seven district champs are in the quarterfinals in Div II - just need them spread evenly.
