I heard there were free t-shirts at the game. I am so disappointed I missed out. Can you order one?

Yes I got a "Whose Your Daddy In" when my poopsie scored and it felt great. Awesome game and Acadiana is a great team. It still bothers me that 2 district rivals have to play and not be in the final 4, Acadiana deserves to be in the final 4. Three of the best players in the state in Doyle, Hill, and Hoflin did everything they could to keep their team in the game but Barbe stepped up and took care of business. Great crowd, great game and most of all Goatman..... I got to Say "WHO'S YOUR DADDY!!!" Final 4 baby, bring on Mandeville......

Great game by both sides....AHS couldn't capitalize on any scoring opportunities and Barbe scored off of miscues by the AHS defense....goalkeeper did not catch the first one and the second one was an own goal.....but give credit to Barbe because they fought extremely hard....Will be very tough to beat on that big field....put them on a smaller field and they are not as strong....congrats again and good luck

Congrats to both teams. Was getting play by play via cellphone from my daugther and friends who attended the game. Acadiana came to play. Barbe it appears was also ready to play. I do have to agree that District 3 did get snubbed by the way bracket was set up. Would have been great if this were a semi final game and not a quarter final. Again I read a comment about a small field. You might want to look at Barbe's record. Not all their victories were limited to their own field. They have had to play on small fields just like the rest of us. It appears that they make the necessary adjustments. It would appear that knowing your coming to play on a bigger field, you would make adjustments during practice to prepare your team. It is not like Acadiana did not know this. A big part of soccer is making adjustments. I wish I were able to attend the upcoming match with Mandeville. Again I will be limited to phone updates. Again congrats to Barbe.

I don't believe it is because Acadiana did not make adjustments it is just a huge advantage for a team with such great speed....look at the teams they have beaten on small fields....Westgate, Sulphur, New Iberia, etc.....good team but very limited with their game plan against another good team on small field....Acadiana dominated the first half and missed several point blank opportunities but that is the game and I wish Barbe the best of luck the rest of the way...

Barbedad... I agree Hill, Doyle, and Hofland are three of the best players in state but they weren't the only ones working their butts off! Give the whole team credit because they played great even though they fell short.
