The final score of SCC and McGehee was 6-2
The last goal that crossed the line counted. Also, McGehee coach pulled his players off the field after that play with about 20 minutes left in the game.

Sulphur 3, NISH 2
halftime - Sulphur 3, NISH 1
Goals scored by Sulphur - Hilarie Grigsby 2, Alexandra Zambrano 1
JV game - Sulphur 1, NISH 1 - Sulphur goal by Carmen Rodriquez
Sulphur had a couple girls go down with injuries during the game. The NISH trainer was extremely helpful during the game and even checked up on the girls after the game. To the NISH coaching staff and trainers we thank you. You showed our girls respect and sportsmanship, something they won't forget. We wish them the best.

Double Header on Saturday
Neville 0 Warren Central (MS) 2
Neville 2 Vicksburg High (MS) 1
Neville played flat vs Warren Central after running late on the bus trip - getting off early Sat Morning straight to the field. Windy game that made the difference as it was 0-0 at half. Had a couple of mental mistakes that led to one goal and then Warren scored on a great direct kick to close out the contest.
Vs Vicksburg - much better and ready to play. Fought hard for every ball and scored two great goals while only giving up a penalty kick - from a header that deflected downward and bounced off of our sweeper's arm in the box and they got the call. Defense controlled this game and ours came to play.
