Does anyone know what NSCAA stands for and what areas/states are in Region 2?
Also, I thought Mt. Carmel was from New Orleans?

Mount Carmel has been corrected on the NSCAA website to show that the school is in New Orleans. As for the process you can go on www.nscaa.com to see how they rank teams. It's a very detailed process. Strength of schedule plays a role too.
