Newman 5th???
They have beaten Menard and Sacred Heart. Only 2 losses to MCA & St. Louis.
I'm sure this will be corrected next poll...they should be #2.

Not to question any voters but the reason Newman is so low is 1 voter for the last few weeks has left Newman completely out of the top 10. Most voters have them at 2 or 3 but leaving them out of top 10 completely leaves them at 5 overall.

If that voter does not vote properly this week, he/she should lose voting priveledges....in my opinion.

Don't worry about the polls! The playoffs are just around the corner. Your team can finish ranked number 1 if they take care of business on the field!! Polls don't mean anything once you get into the playoffs!

Voters of the rankings, I am from the Lafayette area and have no affiliation with Newman High School. I just want to say that Newman is a GOOD team. I had the privledge to watch them against Lafayette early in the season and they play very well together. In the true sense of the word TEAM. They have good size and control the ball very well and are one of the best teams in the state, in any division. So whoever you are that keeps voting them 8 or 9 or whatever, do what you are suppose to do and vote unbiasly form here on out.
Teams like to see that their hard work is noticed by others outside their areas and that is really what the polls show. We do realize that the polls are by everyday Joe's with no more pull than a bull dozer with no tracks, but we still want to see it reguardless if we agree or not. We all do this for the fun of it and to promote GIRLS soccer. We all know the brackets are sometime unfair, pairing good teams in the first round, by that is the system in place for now so we will just have to deal with it. We can only hope that the BEST team in the state will overcome everything and still win no matter what. I want to thank all the voters for taking the time to study everything to make these decisions. But you guys really STINK! Ha! Ha!

what were the final week 11 standings? We did not get enough votes in for a Week 11 so Week 10 was the last one published. Thanks for following the rankings.
