That is the final score. 8-0 at half-time. Shifting positions and subs were in for second half. Field was a mudpit, but luckily no injuries.

St. Louis game will be today, Friday, at 2:30 @ StL High. This was arranged by both school officials because of Mardi Gras holidays.

I was wrong. CD seems to have a better defense than what I had thought. Congrats to CD on the nice win over a very good team.

Newman over Ouachita Christian either 4 or 5 to 0. Newman had the run of play. I don't recall a shot taken on Newman's goal in the second half. Sets up a rematch with Country Day, this time at Newman.

Hey, take it easy, hdkjga. EVERYBODY was wrong on this one, except CD players and supporters. Congratulations CD on a great win. Country Day does have a good team. I will give them that. They proved alot of players and fans wrong with the win over OC. I really wouldn't even call it an upset anymore. I think they may take a run in the playoffs sort of like OC did last year going to the Semi's when no one thought they could beat U-High. Coutnry Day knows they can win and they do have a good defence. OC pressed hard in the second half and CD's defence stood strong. They have some decent players up top also with some good speed. I prodict them to get to the semi's and either play U-High or TCH. They would have a better shot at beating TCH than U-High....good luck though to TCH. But Country Day earned their spot in the quaters.

Though I didn't see the game yesterday, I saw CD three weeks ago. Wasn't impressed. I still pick Newman over them, 3-1.

same here...that is what I prodicted too. Wait a second. I am confused. You said earlier, Country Day does have a good team....I prodict them to get to the semi's and either play U-High or TCH. If they go to the semi, they have to beat Newman. I am predicting Newman over CD. Are you or are you not?
