Congratulations to Lusher. Such an impressive offense! I wish the best for all their players and soccer families. This was a heartbreaker for me, especially for that to happen at the end but it's the game. I'm very proud of my brothers who fought and gave it there all tonight for Northlake. Quality Soccer match. Proud to be a Wolverine!

It'll be interesting to see what happens in the Grace King-St. Paul's final. If Nester Peralta carries Grace King to victory, there could be a serious debate about who deserves LAprep XI MVP and the Gatorade MVP: Peralta or Manlinich. Peralta had a hat-trick as King defeated Lusher earlier this season.
