I normally do not post on threads but I thought why not....We put together a competitive schedule against good quality teams. Games that I thought, win or lose my girls would learn something from them and make them better players. That's it! We did not try to play the PR system as some might question. I am very proud of all my girls this season. They came out to every practice and game ready to give it their all. I could sit here all day and name quality programs throughout the state. I love watching programs like SSA, Fontainebleau, Byrd, Mandeville, Acadiana ,Mount Carmel, Dominican because year after year they always have excellent teams. Now I can add Barbe to this list! (Please forgive me if I left off anyone's team) These are high school girls who play their heart out for their school, and coaches who are there with them all season long trying to help them become better players. I wish everyone could stop and think about this before posting anything negative about any team on a website that should be celebrating the accomplishments in girls' soccer!
Good Luck to Barbe! You played one heck of a game!
As always I am proud to be a Sticker!! Stephanie Broussard

Haha. SJA parents crash down back to earth. There's always next year. I was about to comment negatively about this post. Then I just saw UVA's heart ripped out by Duke beating them at the buzzer. It was the best chance in 21 years to win at Cameron Indoor. As a Hokie, I LOVED it. So I get it. SSA hates SJA. It makes me wish Notre Dame had a catholic school rival. That would be fun to watch. Gotta love rivalries. UVA in the Elite 8. Duke at home. Don't know where the Hokies are. Wahoowa
