Gotta have Booker Henry from Willow in this conversation. Only let in 6 goals all season, 2 of which were off penalties. He was also the reason they beat U Lab in penalties last year to make the Championship. I agree with this one. He saved a pen to win the pranklin game and had some huge saves when they beat Jesuit. And like you said proved himself by saving two penalties from a strong u lab side.

Noah Ellender from Saint Louis Catholic is undisputed top 3. This kid is definitely at the top

Kevin Negrete from East Jefferson is an outstanding keeper with cat like reflexes and never looked scared to come off his line anytime his team really needed that “sweeper keeper” and if they ever needed him to come big during a penalty shoot out he would always deliver even with the disqualification of East Jefferson in the playoffs the kid should still be in the conversation for one of the best.

I heard there was something involving beau chêne but I don't know much else From what I heard East Jefferson played Belle Chasse and one of Belle Chasse’s players pulled a East Jefferson player down and proceeded to kick the player and that resulted in the East Jefferson bench running across the field to go break up the brawl that started in the field after the altercation with the two players meaning maybe East Jeff got disqualified due to the players leaving the bench

I believe Justin Ramirez from Vandebilt Catholic should be considered. Only allowed 3 goals all season. Should have seen him in the game against Catholic, which he only allowed 1 goal and had 2 PK stops in the state semifinal match against University Lab.

The VC goalie played extremely well against Catholic.

Kinda surprised Connor Allen from St. Paul’s hasn’t been mentioned. He’s only let in 5 (in state) goals this entire year, and he’s a solid starter for TDP. Interesting that no one has mentioned Kennedy at Catholic. 240 plus minutes of shut out ball this year against St Paul’s. He was in goal on 4 of the 7 given up by Catholic. Great footwork and simply doesn’t make mistakes with the ball. Last weekend he handled the wind much better than his opponent , who booted multiple kicks out of bounds or short to Catholic’s midfield. Hard to get noticed on a loaded team, but his all around game is as good as it gets.

From what I've seen, he just passes the ball back to the guy who passed it to him every time or kicks it high up in the air. No discredit to him though, can't really make saves if you don't get shots.

Still can’t believe how good the save was the Jesuit keeper made in OT v Catholic, big man got down quick to stop that one from inside the 6 off a quick/short pass. Also, his punting/kicking distribution was immense, kid can absolutely blast it and kept it in play.

Haven't seen a leg like that all year.

And that’s coming from the dad of the other goalie in that final.
