What about Southwood? Won't they be in the mix in the north as well?

Most likely not. They could surprise some people, but they lost so much from last year's team, they will be hard pressed to win consistently this year. The biggest loss will be at keeper, with Ryan Connella gone, who is going to stop the ball from going in the back of the nets. Sure, Nick and Juan scored goals last year, but it was Ryan that saved that team on numerous occassions and carried them into the playoffs.

Shreve has alot of solid players that people overlook. You have lorant in the middle and to add toe the squad you have steven bearfield. Travis is also coming back guys sorry but yes its true and he will help up top. The lets not forget the defense. Harris is still back there and with the speed he has he is capable to run down any forward in the north if he works hard. So good luck to the rest of you guys

Beck may be a good player but when he is he going to pick up the level and quit doing these cheap cabosa fouls. He had two on loyola that i saw that several of his own team members jumped on him for. I think he is overated a little bit.

I see what you mean, CoPlRef. I watched Southwood play Huntington last nite. My oh my.
Sounds like Captain Shreve vs Airline would have been the place to be

I saw the scoreline this morning, and honestly I was shocked, it looked like a dog fight between southwood and huntington, and that can't a good thing. Airline v Shreve was a much better game, even though Shreve did control most of the match. Southwood is playing Parkway tomorrow, I'll probably make my way over to see that game, though I'm sure Parkway will have the upper hand.
