Coach Ray i gotta disagree on the foutainebleu not returning next year to make it to the finals... other than the 60 player power houses that have 14 seniors on the roster... fountainebleu is only loosing 2 starters... yes i know this is off subject but needed to state my opinion lafayette is losing ten starters but i promise you next years team would beat fhs handly. acadiana beat d-town and they are only losing 3 starters. trust me jesuit BM and Carencro will also be strong next year. sorry but i think fhs will be lucky if they make it pass the quarters next year.

I said they wouldnt be my favorites, and Goat helps me make my point. D1 Faves have to be the regulars--Lafayette, Acadiana, Bro Martin, Jesuit then FHS and then Cro. Fontainebleau will still be strong, but they wont be my "Favorite" to win next years title. I'm interested to see Jesuit next year, as they lose 17 seniors, and will face the changes of post-Katrina New Orleans. I'm curious also to Jesuits enrollment post-Katrina: next year is an enrollment count year for redistricting--what will be the changes to the catholic league?

tsumi77 ASH lost around 14 seniors this year including myself. I dont think that would be a good idea to try to get a game next year, ASH will only have around 4 or 5 seniors next year. So goodluck with that and ole5 i never said ASH could beat Ben Franklin or EA i just said i would of liked to play them to see where we stood this season or i pretty much meant to say that and it was a good season for us seniors hard to not wear that ASH jersey anymore.

yeahh i definitely figure d Vandy would win this won. Who ever was going to win the semi final game in Division II was going to win state and Vandy beat us so they won sate. Congrats to Vandebilt and goodluck in your next season. Its clear as day right there. You should watch your choice of words but no harm done. And the way this year turned out, in all divisions, that definently isnt the case. I think almost everybody predicted the same teams in the finals and only 1/3 of those teams made it(St. Louis and Vandebilt).

Doesnt matter--the only good team in Louisiana is Lafayette--just look at the other threads.

i agree with both things that bluefan had said. It was a well played game, and the officials let the celebrating go on a little too far, but like we've all been told this is a site in which we can state our opinion on what we felt happened at the game or what we think will happen at the game.
