Yes, those from Glasgow are traditionally very 'close' with their money. The rest of the nation is worse! Especially Dunfermline, though thank you for the grammar check.

FA Chief Executive has just come back from Portgual, having spoken to Scolari "as part of the process".
Portuguese people are annoyed that their FA gave England permission to speak to Scolari.
Howard Wilkinson-Sword is annoyed that the FA are looking to a foreign coach.
