i think its been cleared up already but cameron (me) from airline didn't quit.
anyway, i was just curious what current thoughts were of airline's coming games against west monroe and calvary. As in the past, the west monroe vs. airline game should be good.
congrats to magnet for their win against us, they definitely deserved it for their play that game.

Shreve beat NC 2-0 in Natchitoches. No shots for NC, lots for Shreve but only 2 put in.
Also Congrats to Magnet for being in the Top 10 this week.

Mr. Mehl,
Happy to hear that you did not quit and very proud of your humble and respectful words! E-mail me when you can to let me know how you are doing?

Since it will probably be posted anyway, you might as well hear it from me: Airline beat West Monroe 3-1 and Calvary 18-0 ( I know, I know..I promise I know).
We are looking forward to this coming wednesday's game vs. Shreve here at Airline. Hope it turns out to be as good a game as we are wanting here. Good luck to everyone and happy thanksgiving, of course.
Coach Castillo, you should have an e-mail. It's great hearing from you.

Is you English?
Nat. Central's downhill direction in the last four years has been bad, but somewhat expected.
However, 2-0 at home to Captain Shreve, albeit no shots, is better than they have been doing. There is a young group coming up that should at least gain a little respect and maybe more if they could get the coaching situation improved. Frat boys who used to play don't cut it. I just hope we don't finish bottom of the district and that no scores reach double digits again. I've been absent for a while but I'll be back on this thread once i get to see every team.

Congratulations to Captain Shreve on winning their bracket and almost getting into the finals at the Bayou Invitational ! Despite losing their big guns to graduation last year they continue to represent The North extremely well. Looking forward to some blow-by-blow accounts from some of the players when they get home tonight. Next weekend Caddo Magnet will join Captain Shreve in a trip down to Lake Charles for the Sulphur tournament. Should be a good showcase of Shreveport soccer.

Shreve 2 Airline 1
Missed chances galore for Shreve. Kirkpatrick came up big time after time for Airline and Shreve helped him quite a bit. Scoreless at the half. Airline got one on a Shreve defensive mistake early in second half. Watson evened it up for Shreve 10 minutes later on a direct kick just outside the box that found its way thru the wall and into the goal. Randel got the game winner with 14 to go after beating a few Airline defenders and getting a nice shot from 15 yards out inside the right post. Shreve had to outshoot them 25 to 3 but all the matters is what you can put in the goal. Good win for the Gators.

Brennan is always dangerous and I'm not surprised at all that he had the winning goal. He never quits and there's no way to tell what he might try with the ball. Keep up the good work!

thanks chief, you're the best. Brennan ate up anything and everything and was the only reason Airline was in the game. I think Cameron(?) was real good and played defensive mid. When he wasn't back you could tell their defense lacked. Good game by Airline should be exciting next time around

Punkaroo, Thanks for the complement although I'm not sure if you meant that when I was out of the game we lacked or when I was back there? haha.
None the less, I would be nothing without my team, and I have to give some huge 'props' to Connor Wathen for some great defense against Shreve last night.
And again, as usual, Shreve played amazing throughout the entire game. How bout some D Banks? I thought he played very well.
Like Punkaroo said, we can't wait 'til next go round.
