burbank is not a small complex....the fields are real soccer field regulation size, not like a football field....and catholic likes to spread it out too

Shreve has already played at Burbank and did quite well in those 4 games. I dont think the field will hamper Shreve at all

the games aren't played at Catholic. The games are played at the Burbank Soccer complex (as stated above) If there is no rain this week, then the fields should be in excellent condition. They have not been played on too much as of late for renovation to the complex.

Catholic's size and speed will be too much for Shreve's finesse game. Burbank's a pasture. The fields aren't great. Catholic should get a tractor out there and cut the grass for a fast track. There are clovers everywhere.

When people say Burbank fields are good, they must mean they will be dry. Those fields are bad. Always, except may be in the late spring. Baton Rouge needs a quality facility. Burbank ain't it.

burbank isn't exactly old trafford, but it's really not too bad. it's bigger than high school football fields, so teams have a little more space to work with. that can be a breath of fresh air sometimes. but i definately agree that baton rouge could use a top quality soccer facility. burbank is mediocre, and independence park might as well be concrete. just have to play the cards your dealt i guess.

i'll have to take shreve here 4-3. it will be a very offensive minded game by both teams.

Catholic will be able to stop Shreve's less than mediocre forwards and hopefully put 1 or two in. They have trouble scoring but I think that they will pull at least 1 out

amen. burbank and independence are horrible. big. not always wet. but horrible. and bring your four wheeler to drive over the potholes.
now, if anyone knows mr bertman... what a place for the finals. everyone could get there easily. if the point is to create interest, you gotta make it convenient and easy for people to go. wrong thread, i know. sorry.
