Why is it on Monday? They are losing a lot of $ with that date. This is THE BEST classic rivalry between arguably the two best teams in the state, and it's on a Monday. This needs to be Saturday night primetime/game of the week on COX 10 or something. Nobody who's somewhat interested in soccer is going to be in the mood after a workday to see this one. This is just as big as a football game. This game has always been worthy to "tailgate."

Unless John Madden is calling the game, I'm still not satisfied.

BM will win this time. It's hard to beat a team 3 times. Just ask Mt Carmel and Dominican

it is tough to beat a team 3 times in a year. also it seems jesuit hasn't been playing as well in the playoffs as they did in the reg. season.

I am taking.... Brother Martin... sticking with the tradition of the underdog in this part of the bracket...

I've seen both teams play and have to go with Jesuit. BM has not scored more than two goals against a quality opponent all year and their attack seems kind of average the little I have seen them. Their defense is very stout and that GK is a stud, though.
Jesuit looks strong at every position and move the ball around really well; I believe they will in fact go undefeated this year. I don't know how many other teams would ever score 4 goals against BM like Jesuit did last month.

The first BM - Jesuit game was 1-0. The 4-1 game was horrible play by BM along with some issues. Things will be different. Look for a much closer game.

BM has nothing to lose so they will throw every weapon they have at Jesuit, but Jesuit's season will be like (as an analogy) Shaw's season if they don't go undefeated. Now that's a lot of pressure that will surface in the BM game because they are such intense rivals. If BM doesn't beat them, I don't think anyone will. My prediction...BM 1-0 ... Goodbye state championship, goodbye dist. championship, goodbye national ranking, GOODBYE JESUIT.

I've seen both teams play numerous times. The defenses and goalkeepers are both great. The difference will be in the midfield. Jesuit's midfield has dominated just about every game they've played all season. Jesuit scores off of counterattack and one setpiece. 2-0 Jays.

Both teams defenses and goalies are beastly.. the difference in this game will be who has the offense and Brother Martins offense has not impressed me one bit this season. Jesuit scores and Brother Martin does not. Unless Jesuit does not score i cannot see Brother Martin winning this game. I'm gonna go with 2-1 Jesuit here though. I will be attending the game.

agreeing with soccerboy07. Both defences are superb, but Brother Martin just doesnt have the attack, i saw the central lafourche - BM game, and i wasnt impressed (yes they scored four goals, but it looked like midfield did more of the work) BM's Forwards will not be able to penetrate Jesuit, just like all other games between the two. i say 2-0 Jesuit.

I like BM's chances in this game. They will be focused and ready to play especially after being embarrassed last time they played Jesuit. I'd say 2-1 BM.
