everyone says that westgate was supposed to have an awesome keeper this year, and i didn't see anything impressive about him. i'm not tryin to hate on him but is he impressing anyone? i didn't anything spectacular about him.

cro's keeper is pretty good. he's big and not afraid to come out and get anything. i feel safe with him behind me. he is also big, black, has dreadlocks, and where's a jamaican soccer jersey! can it get any better? haha. just joking, doin great jude, keep it up.

with all the controversy about como and cro, who has the better goalie? i didn't see too much this weekend, the lafayette goalie looked good, but to be honest nothing spectacular, most the time he looked a little bored...... liked the nish, oc, rhs and nhs goalies......very scrappy players thought the kid from the Florida team was also very good as was the kid from Jesuit, but like I said no one really stood out How bout up north?

best keeper in dist 3 plays for barb, but he doesn't have much of a team supporting him so his #'s arn't what they should be.

Cro's keeper is very technically sound, but sometimes rushes punts and kicks. Comeaux's I havn't seen. The kid from Nease was HUGE. NISH's keeper better be good with all the shot he has plenty of practice. Westgates keeper has quick reflexes but needs to work on fundementals. Cro and westgates keepers are two of the more agressive keepers I have seen. Gardner is great but gets drummed cause of his team. Other than that I saw alot of mistakes at the keeper position in the viking invitational and nothing too spectacular.

E.D. White's goalie is very good. I dont' know his name. He plays on an average team but he is by far one of the best.

goaliesrock is pretty correct. OC's goalie is pretty good. He is a sophmore and its his first year starting. He is doing really well for is first year at varisty. But I must say, Jude the keeper for Carencro is very good. I have played against him and he seems to be very fearless. He made some great saves in the game against OC. I have not seen Como's goalie but have heard good things. He must be pretty decent to hold Lafayette's scoring duo, esp. belfore, to only a couple of goals.

District 3 Keepers: Lafayette: Ryan Duhet- Junior. Plays for Cajun Fury.Short, very fast and aggressive.Great defender also. Acadiana: Josh Rhodes- Junior. Plays for Cajun Fury. Switches out halves with other keeper Andy Holtz (STM Keeper). Carencro: Jude Austin- Senior. Plays for CSC 87. "Big, black, dreds and wears a Jamacan jersey. Can't get any better." (someone said that earlier) Very aggressive. Quick hands and reads well. Very vocal. Barbe: Cody Gardner- Senior. Plays for LFC Burn. Best keeper in district. One of the top in state. Very vocal. Form is excellent. His saves seem over dramatic, but are very pretty . Westgate: Never got his name. Don't know who he plays for. I have to he is the most aggressive keeper in the district. Sometimes too aggressive, which is not smart. He is a good keep and comes up with great saves. He will come out the box, don't hesitate. Sulphur: Injured? Don't know much of their new keeper. Haven't seen him play. NISH: Don't know him. Seen him play. Very tall and quick. Has made great saves. Not too agressive but hes very vocal also. Please add to the Sulphur Nish Westgate keepers. Who they play for? names?

Boatner played the 1st day and kincaid played the second day. Boatner had a sore back for the jesuit game and we didnt see a point in getting him injured for district on tuesday. Just thought id clear things up.

Best keepers on the northshore are Tyler Milton from St Paul's and Jared Bonin from Fontainebleau.
Now that Milton is back, the Wolves will really be tough.

The Dutchtown keeper against De La Salle at the Fontainebleau tournament seemed Ok, nothing special. DLS should not have scored on the Griffens.
