Woodlawn doesn't even deserve to be in top 5. The only reason why they got to the finals was because they defeated when it called for it and teams didn't take them seriously. If those teams didn't take them seriously and they were in the playoffs... Hell those teams dont deserve to be Top 10 for being so stupid.

well at least capt. shreve and jesuit didn't take them seriously i think grace king, being a solid, emotional team, much like woodlawn knew it was going to be hard. Capt. Shreve doesn't deserve top 10. All through the season i believed they deserved the 10th or 9th spot in the top 10 but with the lost to woodlawn in the first round...yea they don't deserve it anymore.

Woodlawn doesn't even deserve to be in top 5. The only reason why they got to the finals was because they defeated when it called for it and teams didn't take them seriously. You need to look at who they played against. Nobody really worth getting in the top 10 except Jesuit, Captain Shreve, and Grace King. They lost against 3 Ascension teams that are all evenly matched and 2 battled to be in the top ten for most of the season, EA, Dutchtown, and St. Amant. Woodlawn lost to all 3 with a combination of 14-2(scores combined). They lost to BRHS twice and Catholic Twice, if you count the 1-0 scrimmage. Also they couldn't beat a weak East St. John, who went 0-10 in district and only 5 wins all season, not even Worthy opponents either, 1 JV team, Redemptorist, Denham Springs, Belaire, and Catholic-PC. Anyway, nothing against the players or coaches, i was going for Woodlawn to win it all after they pulled it off against Jesuit, but i just dont see them that far up, the only way they deserve it is because how well they did in the playoffs. Alright I'm off my soap box. Well just to get some of the facts right: We scimmaged EA very early in the season(actually the season hadn't started yet), with a jv field player in goal. Catholic scrimmage was tie 0-0. Yes it says 1-0 but thats incorrect someone thought it was a goal when the ball went through the side of the net and counted it. The East St. John game, we were missing a lot of starters (both Dyers, Perryman, a few others). And don't fail to mention that we also beat Catholic for the first time this year... ;D But yeah, we had a rough season. Not trying to make excuses, but its really not as bad as this guy makes it look!

Just because they did extremely well in the playoffs shouldn't shade over their regular season play.

Shreve had more to lose than Grace King that's why.
This whole high school season, northern soccer fans have been arguing with southern soccer fans about the north getting recongnition. Well i always believed Shreve was good, and ALL except a small percentage said Shreve would win the game against woodlawn, which advancing would have brought more conversation about the north, but they couldn't get it done. Grace King hasn't been talked about much so therefore they didn't have that much to lose. Grace King played with less than 10 players at times and nobody cared to recognize that. Capt. Shreve has been trying left and right to get recognition and proved they won't be the team to get it. Jesuit had a better run in the playoffs and of course they deserve to be in the top 10 because they are jesuit...

To THE IRISH FRO: I have sat back and read all of these ridiculous posts. Just to let you know, you were arguing over 10th place. Thats what you were arguing over why you should be 10th place. Now I don't know about you but arguing over 10th place sounds like pity to me. You cried and argued for idk how many countless hours about why Grace king should be in ranked 10th. 10th............10th......10th. You cried about 10th. HOW PATHETIC! I want to let you know something NOBODY CARES ABOUT WHO IS RANKED 10TH. NOBODY! Nobody cares that you played with 11 people, because nobody cares whether or not you were ranked 10th or not. I wont go as far as saying that nobody cares about grace king because there are stupid people in this world that I havn't met. But I have never heard of anyone complain about 10th place as much as you. WOW you are pathetic, go find a new hobby, you cried and begged for people to give you respect, you cried and whined for people to rank you top 10, but nobody even cared, people could care less who is ranked 10th. Get a life dude you cried about 10th........................ 10th

I don't know if Grace King should be in the top 10 or not. Grace King was a very good team, and if you discuss top 10 teams, they deserve consideration.

stop crying for respect. I would be embarassed to have that picture attached to everything you post. You shouldn't argue for tenth place for the simple fact that..........it is 10th place. Which doesnt mean anything. You don't get a trophy or a medal or some kind of special recognition for 10th place because 10th place isnt that special. It's just 10th place

I'm not crying for anything. I feel Grace King gets no respect. And a person should should argue for whatever they feel they deserve. Yes i know tenth place isn't as prestigious as State Champ, but it is in the top ten, a place we had never been in, and i felt we deserved to be in there.
why do you keep crying about my posts?

if you were arguing for top 3 or top 5, I would understand. I just think it wasnt necessary to argue with everyone filling up 7 pages of hoopla about how grace king should be 10th and no one respects them, get over it, it was tenth place. Like I said nobody cares...except you

Why so bitter? Irish Fro has a valid point, and like he said, he's over it. Leave the pic fro. If we can't laugh about our own misfortunes, then what right do he have to laugh about the misfortunes of others?

why don't you quit worrying about the final rankings of a season that's way over with and wait for next season? nothing is going to change no matter how much you cry about it. do some homework or something.
