Agreed. The Copa match was a 2OT game that could've gone either way. I feel STL bench is too deep and everything seems to be clicking on all cylinders for them this time of year.

What kind of field does Vandy play on? Is it their football field?

Not so much corners, but their THROW-INS are extremely dangerous. if your goalie is undersized those tree's they send in the box (6+ footer's) are good at putting the ball in the net. STL 2 Vandy 1. good to see you back fifa! Vandy has a solid goalie Im not sure how tall he is but I know it is over 6 feet. This game will be a great one. St Louis wants to prove Copa was a fluke, should be fun to watch. I'll be pullin for D&D and Vandy! Love the hat guys GOOD LUCK!!!! Goat, I am disappointed in you.

Does Vandy normally play with a sweeper? I thought that they ran a flat 4 but someone informed me that they played with a sweeper when they played TCH.

St. Louis looks like they turned it on lately. But a 2-1 win over a mediocre Loyola has me thinking they may beat themselves in this game.
3-1 Vandebilt

St Louis will be ready to play. This will be the revenge pay back game after the unfortunate lost in the tourny in Dec. (Copa).
Vandy is going down.

revenge is a dish best served cold;sounds like the "unfortunate loss" is still hot-if so, I agree with logic. Stl beats themselves(with a lot of help from vandy). Score irrelevant-vandy wins.

As an "outsider" with no affiliation to either team, i am looking forward to seeing this game Saturday. My son plays for DeRdider, so we have obviously seen much more of St Louis than Vandy. Our only experience with them was at Copa. They seem to be a very strong team. I have enjoyed watching St Louis play this year, well as much as you can enjoy watching a team beat your team 3 times, and I am really looking forward to seeing this game as a neutral. i have a feeling its going to be a very physical, intense and exciting game. I must say I wouldn't mind seeing St Louis pull it out since they are in our district. Unless something unforseen happens my family and I will be there watching the game, so I wish goos luck to both sides. D II has come down to the two teams that were 1 and 2 all season, which is how it should be.

Question:
Since the teams are now seeded for the playoffs, how is it that Vandy gets Home Field advantage when St. Louis was #1?
edit: Nevermind, just read the rule:
I assumed this changed with the seeding being added. Oh well.

Oh well. Actually that is an old rule you are quoting... it goes by traveling. Traveled most and traveled last. I would like to see the finals be the higher seed hosts no matter what.

I meant if the girls div II game is postponed until tomorrow i doubt vandy and stl will want to split both games in houma and in lake charles so a neutral site sounds like a good idea.
