Wish we could have played both in Laffy at UL tomorrow. Sounds like the perfect solution. Why are they not doing this?

That would be great... But I'm sure neither want to give up homefield. Plus I'm sure that they each have already put forth a lot of planning for these games... Possibly spent some money on the games as well.
Although, I would be able to watch both! ;D

conjecture.Get the facts, then discuss the issue, alternate plans,etc.. bottom line-gotta play the game;here, there, anywhere. It doesn't really matter. Go Vandy!

Agreed badcallref, I can't think of too many teams that would willingly give up home field advantage, especially in the state championship game. Vandy worked hard and they earned it, and they should not be faulted for not wanting to give that up. I have been to several games at Vandy, its very intense there.

Going to be a great atmosphere... Vandy shouldn't be looked upon with dissent because of wanting to host a championship game. I wouldn't change it either. Vandy has a great night planned tomorrow night and its going to be a special night. Good luck to both teams.

St. Louis Girls were willing to give up home field advantage to have both schools play at a neutral site for the good of the game. Sounds like Vandy is already celebrating a "special night" before the game has even been played.

I don't think the Vandy person(s) that can attest to what took place in the meeting yesterday are really concerned about jumping on this forum to stir the pot. A lot of the people that made the useless trip to Lake Charles yesterday have been working their butts off all week to make this a memorable event for both teams. Now we have even more work to do.

Vandy travelled last Vandy is home team .......as per LHSAA guidelines
What is it that is so arbitrary??
If system in place does not fit one particular program, should we change to avoid the wrath of a coach?
