Watch Sarah Damon at Terrebonne this year. Tall, quick and good fundamentals. Only a freshman a doing a great job. Will be a keeper to watch for years!

Deborah Hill is definatly the best keeper in the state. You would all know that if only she was allowed to play on the Varsity team! ;D

Best Keeper in the state is at Mount Carmel. Saw her in the St. Louis Tournament and again in the Holiday Classic where she did not give up a goal until the final. She is tall, quick and reads the game very well. Mount Carmel is not someone you want to see on your side of the playoff bracket.

Kristin Robison for St. Joseph's is a very talented keeper Best Keeper in the state is at Mount Carmel. Saw her in the St. Louis Tournament and again in the Holiday Classic where she did not give up a goal until the final. She is tall, quick and reads the game very well. Mount Carmel is not someone you want to see on your side of the playoff bracket. I agree she is good, but maybe not the best

Yes, well if Deborah Hill was in fact that good then I'm sure her coach would play her on Varsity eh? not always...acadiana has a senior goalie who isnt as good but always plays b/c she is a senior...deborah has not gotten much of an opportunity to show what she can do except for this weekend which she played very well....hopefully with a change in coaching staff this coach will realize that even though deborah is a freshman she is much more skilled then the senior goalie

what would being a senior have to do with anything? freshmen do start at ahs so why would the goalie be any different?

hmm....thats a tough one
well maybe the senior plays b/c deborah went to the dallas tournament and wasnt there for the beginning of high school soccer.... or b/c shes been on the team for four years...or maybe b/c shes a captain...but idk you can take your pick on what the coach is thinkin b/c i surely dont know

Ben Franklin keeper gets my vote. Then St. Thomas More keeper.
I think the keeper at Dutchtown and Loyola are good, but low-profile.

She won't get much Pub but Woodlawn's Keeper is getting some respect from some of the forwards around the BR area

Lauren Wells of Redemptorist High School. This young lady has done an OUTSTANDING job for the Lady Wolves the last two years and is on her way to another great year.

I would have to disagree that Woodlawn's keeper has earned her place in this thread, not bc she is not a good keeper, but because her coach doesn't keep her in the game if he needs her on the field. St. Joe's played them last night and their starting keep (who i assume is the one you are talkign about) played the whole second half on the field. Also, although she made some good saves, she seems a little over confident with the ball.
