Once again, you are proud that you have the popular opinion. I am not a believer in popularism. A poll never makes something true.
Examples of popularism: slavery, flat earth, eugenics, etc.
My self esteem is not based on what others think either.
Maybe you will be lucky enough to go through life with sheets and polls at your disposal.

It's not about popularism usaboy, it's about the truth. You can't deny Owen's class. Why would major sports companies like Umbro make him their poster boy if he wasn't class? When was the last time you saw a company put a mediocre professional as their poster boy? (Beckham is not a choice because that's a totally different marketability; I may have just made that word up)

Anyway this is a thread about Liverpool strikers, who just put 7 goals past Birmingham in a 7-0 victory. I know it's Birmingham, but what a showing by the Reds to get to the FA Cup Semis.

i think everybody's grown accustomed to usasoccerboy. I highly doubt anyone who's been at this board for a while takes him too seriously anymore.

luis garcia isnt a born striker i say he's an excellent player but i'd rather him on the right wing he brings an edge to the game, a sharpness on the field, if you watch him play he usually tries to get assists more than score goals although he is the 4th leading goal scorer for liverpool by only trailing 1 to crouch and .. 2 i believe to cisse
ah so good to talk to lpool fans

it was on the news yesterday that when the transfer market opens ciise is going to tottenham for 8 million pounds. i would not mind this if we get robbie keane in exchange lol. that guy kicks ass and i think would be good in an liverpool kit.

I like Cisse and I would hate to see him go. I think he hasn't gotten a proper run, and last season's injury really hurt him, but I think he will be a terrific player if they keep him next season. But it does look like he will go, by mutual consent, so if he does go I wouldn't mind seeing defoe or keane come the other way.

the thing about cisse is that he doesn't get barely any time to play. I mean they start crouch and morientes usually. If cisse started more often than he does he would be able to show that he is a very quality striker.

defoe or keane is a good little trade for ciise. as much as i like him i the man i dont think he is getting a run because i really dont know why. he is a class player and i wont like it if he is gone. i wouldnt be as sad when i found out that owen left and heskey but we should buy robbie keane i think i think he would be a big asset for the team and score alot of goals.
